The single girder overhead cranes provide convenient space for material handling even in the small production units and warehouses. The reduced wheel loads combined with very low headroom standard hoists provide outstanding value. These single girder cranes can fitted to the in different floor areas by using various fixing arrangements and modifications in design.

The accurate dimensions result in optimal hook position providing exceptional travel characteristic. Generally there is minimum safety distance with the ceiling of the building for overhead cranes with load capacity range of up to 10 T. This provides a typical advantages of utilizing the space at its best even in the buildings with unfavourable dimension.

GEAR BOXES : -Light alloy housing flat helical/spur gear with case-hardened shell, high-grade surface treatment and permanent oil/grease lubrication.

BRAKES : -Single/dual-disc electromagnetic DC brakes with features like automatic braking on power failure. Asbestos free brake linings having a capacity of 1 million braking operations, low maintenance.

ELECTRICAL PANEL : -Modular design, ease to install and maintain, reliable operation, fuse less circuitry, ducted wiring and compact terminals. Motor overload protection to prevent overloading.

PAINTING : -Two coats of primer before assembly & two coats of synthetic enamel after testing.

• LIMIT SWITCHES : Prevents over hoisting and lowering of the hook.
• PUSH BUTTON STATIONS : Low weight, handy, easy to operate, aluminium, constructed from extruded section.
• SOFT STARTS : Electric/electronic soft start modules electrically coupled with long travel drives to achieve jerk free, cushioned & smooth starts.
• MAINTENANCE PLATFORM WITH HAND RAILING : Easy to maintain the platforms of the crane extended partially or totally along the girder. Facilitates safe and convenient operation.

The double girder cranes are used when heavy loads and wide spans are required, the S. CRANE double girder overhead cranes show their strength. double girder cranes consist of two torsion-free box girders. This makes double girder cranes especially suitable for lifting and transporting loads over 10 T and for span of more than 25 m S. Double girder overhead cranes are available with load capacities upto 30 T and with spans upto 31 m. Articulated end carriage joints ensure positive contact of all four wheels with the track. The range of fixing arrangements allows the appropriate integration of S. CRANE overhead cranes into new buildings as well as into existing buildings. Just as with all other types of S. CRANE overhead cranes, the profiles of the main girder are optimally produced using computers so that maximum performance with a minimum of deadweight can be achieved. An advantage that has financial benfits.

Each drive group is equipped with a motor overload protection device to provide effective protection against inadmissible overloading.

PAINTING :- Every component & part is thoroughly scrubbed & painted with two coats of primer before assembly & two coats of synthetic enamel after testing.
