Gantry cranes or goliath cranes are adapted for the application where overhead runways would be very long, costly to erect, and difficult to maintain in alignment. This overhead granty cranes are generally used for outdoor applications where columns cannot be accommodated. The top main girder is balanced between the two A shaped column resting on the wheel mounted end carriage.

Main Girder :- The girders of the crane is designed keeping in the mind consideration of the class, frequency of operation and duty cycle. Different girders that can be installed include RSJ type, plate box type or truss type for single girder with its bottom flange as path for trolley of hoist. Double girder design are also available for heavy duty applications. The tracks are laid on the top of girders for travel of crab wheels of material handling gantry cranes.

DESIGN :- Compact & modular design, easy to operate, low in maintenance.

MOTORS :- Sturdy cylindrical/conical rotor pole-changing (continuous cast aluminium sections) with integrated safety brakes (Insulation class F, IP54 protection).

GEAR BOXES :- Flat helical/spur gear units in light alloy housings (case-hardened gears), Excellent surface finish and permanent oil/grease lubrication.

BRAKES :- Single/dual-disc electromagnetic DC brakes with features like automatic braking on power failure. Asbestos free brake linings that can perform approximately 1 million braking operations. Low in maintenance.

ELECTRICAL PANEL :- Modular design, easy to install and maintain, reliable operation, fuse less circuit, ducted wiring and compact terminals. Drives with motor overload protection to prevent overloading.

PAINTING :- Every part of the cranes are throughly scrubbed and painted for excellent finish. Two coat of primer is applied before assembly and double coat of synthetic enamel after testing.

• LIMIT SWITCHES :- Prevents over hoisting and lowering of hook.
• PUSH BUTTON STATIONS :- Light display, handy, simple operation, aluminium, constructed from extruded section.
• SOFT STARTS :- Electric/electronic soft start modules connected to the travel drives to achieve jerk free, cushioned & smooth start.
• MAINTENANCE PLATFORM WITH HAND RAILING :- Simple maintenance of the Crane extended partially or totally along the girder.

Our good lifts crane are used for transferring load from one level/floor to another in a fabricated cage. The complete system includes a standard wire rope hoist, mounted on a supported I-Beam, used to adjust height of the cage.

Supporting structure for such as cranes are designed and erected on the site. The material handling lifts are completely independent of the building and can be installed inside or the outside of the building. Fitted on the cage, the wheels run smoothly on the C- guides placed on both the sides of the cage.
