The double truss single bridge cranes provide the advantage of being lighter in weight for a given span, more economical and more adaptable to various building structure. These cranes use a single patented track bridge which is supported with additional truss structure to increase load carrying capacity. Our double truss single bridge cranes are designed for greater operational flexibility along with long life service.

Cross Travel Drive :-The motor driven trolley perfectly coupled with hoist increases the speed and efficiency of the load handling. Protective steel plate frame extend beyond wheels for the end contact. Wheels have contoured tread for smooth movement over standard tapered or wide flange flat beams. The traverse gear reducer has are provided with output pinion meshing with machine cut wheel gears.

Long Travel Drive :- The double girder cranes are made from a combination of solid shafts and floating shafts connected by universal couplings and supported on pedestals blocks. This arrangement is driven by crane duty foot mounted motor transmitting torque to heavy duty shaft mounted gear box, which transmits torque to output pinion that meshes with machine cut wheel gears. The special rail sweep and crab frames removes the object left on the track. Rubbers Buffers are also provided with end-carriages & crab in the industrial double girder cranes. A special Soft Start Unit coupled to the LT drive provide exceptional control over the speed of the motor along with smooth start.

Our underslung cranes provide optimal solution where the building structure do not support the functioning of the normal crane. This type of crane is ideal for space where supporting steelwork beneath the crane is not required. The track of underslung crane is supported by the roof structure or the pillars of the buildings. Such as arrangement provides the benefit of very small trolley approach dimensions and results in optimal utilization of building space.

The underslung traveling cranes can be fabricated with different load capacities ranging from 0.5 T up to 10 T and spans of up 25m. An optimal area coverage can be achieved by installation of the cantilever. The arrangement of the cranes provide flexibility in the adjustment of the highest hook position by simply inserting the main girder between the end carriages.

DESIGN :-Compact & modular design, low weight, easy to operate and maintain.

MOTORS :- Sturdy cylindrical/conical rotor pole-changing motors (continuous cast aluminium sections), integrated safety brakes (Insulation class F, IP54 protection).

GEAR BOXES :- Flat helical/spur gear units in light alloy housings (Case-hardened), Excellent surface finish and permanent oil/grease lubrication.

BRAKES :- Single/dual-disc electromagnetic DC brakes with features like automatic braking on power failure. Asbestos free brake linings designed for approx. 1 million braking operations, Low in maintenance.

ELECTRICAL PANEL :- Modular design, easy to install and maintain, reliable operation, fuse less circuit, ducted wiring and compact terminals. Drives with motor overload protection prevents overloading.

PAINTING :-Every part of the crane is painted with two coats of primer before assembly & two coats of synthetic enamel after testing.
