Product specification

The capacity of lifts varies from 4 persons to 40 persons
Cabin walls are available in mild steel paint, mild steel powder coating or hairline brush finished stainless steel
These lifts are designed with collapsible channel gates or Swing doors with glass vision windows
The lifts can be traction machine based or hydraulic machine based depending on the machine room location

Requirements at clients end

Clarity height of doors is 2000mm
Door Lintel Bottom should be at 2150 from FFL.
Doors are available in various designs like manual swing doors, collapsible doors and telescopic doors
All sizes are inside finished dimensions in mm.
All hoist way walls are 230 mm thick Brick or 150 mm RCC walls

Clients’ scope

Entire civil structure for the lift shaft including plaster & painting of lift shaft inside
Three phase electric supply
Scaffolding during Lift erection
Grouting of our hold fasts, push button boxes, door frame members, etc.
Machine room will be extended beyond the lift shaft so that machine is approachable from three sides for maintenance
